The Kyoto Prefectural Board of Education made all junior high school English teachers take the TOEIC test. The target score was 730 which is equivalent to passing an Eiken Grade Pre-1 exam.<\/span><\/p>\n \u4eac\u90fd\u5e9c\u6559\u80b2\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306f\u4e2d\u5b66\u6821\u3067\u82f1\u8a9e\u3092\u6559\u3048\u308b\u6559\u5e2b\u306bTOEIC\u3092\u53d7\u9a13\u3055\u305b\u305f\u3002\u76ee\u6a19\u70b9\u306f\u82f1\u691c\u6e961\u7d1a\u306b\u76f8\u5f53\u3059\u308b730\u70b9\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n However, only 16 out of 74 teachers achieved the target score.
